About This Blog

Well, I’m forging into new territory and entering the “blogosphere”.  My hope and intent is to provide information about two of my many passions, saddle fitting and showing dressage horses.  I’m a saddle fitting consultant and sales representative for Trilogy saddles.  I also love to show my horse Shaka Zulu and we’re currently competing as an adult amateur at PSG and I1. Over the years I’ve earned my USDF bronze medal, recently my Silver and I graduated from the “L” program with distinction.  My long range goal is to see if we can make it to Grand Prix.  

My motivation in developing this blog is to provide a forum to discuss saddle fit issues and solutions along with information from “The Collectives” on upcoming shows and clinics.  It’s also intended to act as a communication channel for the dressage community.  This is a place to let people know about events, share experiences and opinions and generally keep in touch with each other.  I encourage everyone to post comments and enter the discussion.  The only rules are no profanity, no pornography and no personal attacks!  Fair enough?

I will also invite other people to write related articles in order to share information and news.  If there’s something specific you’d like to hear about, let me know and I’ll go to work on it.
